1. Nature of this service

9thClass-Result.pk is an independent, unofficial result portal. It is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen, the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen, or any government department. The service is provided free of charge for the convenience of students and their families.

2. Result accuracy

Result information is sourced from official records published by the examination boards. We take reasonable care in processing and displaying that information, but we cannot guarantee that every record is complete, current or free from error at all times. Data may be delayed during the initial hours after an announcement, and processing errors, though uncommon, are possible.

For any formal purpose, including college admission, scholarship application, employment, verification or legal use, the original marks certificate issued by your board is the authoritative document. Results displayed here are for informational convenience only and should always be verified against the official record before being relied upon.

3. Permitted use

You may use this site to look up individual results for yourself, your children, your students or anyone else whose roll number you legitimately have. There is no restriction on who may check a given result, since board results are published publicly.

4. Prohibited use

The following are not permitted:

• Automated scraping, crawling or bulk extraction of result data by any means
• Attempting to bypass, disable or interfere with any security or rate-limiting measure
• Republishing result data collected from this site on another website or service
• Using the service in a way that degrades performance for other users
• Any use intended to harass, defraud or harm another person

We reserve the right to block access from any source engaging in these activities, without notice.

5. Availability

We make a genuine effort to keep the site available, particularly on announcement day when it matters most. That said, no web service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. We do not accept liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from downtime, slow response, or inability to access the site at a particular moment.

6. Intellectual property

The design, written content, layout and code of this site are our property. Board names, logos and official emblems belong to their respective boards and are used here for identification purposes only. Result data itself belongs to the issuing boards.

7. External links

This site links to official board websites and other external resources. We have no control over the content, availability or practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Advertising

This site displays advertising, which is how it remains free to use. Advertisements are served by third-party networks and we do not individually review or endorse every product or service advertised. Any transaction you enter into with an advertiser is between you and them.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on information displayed here, including decisions made on the basis of a result that later proves to differ from the official record.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
